Powerbankphils.com welcomes you to our online store!  We want your online experience with our shop to be as pleasant as possible.  That’s why all the products being offered in this site are tested first before they are shipped to you.  And this is the reason why you may notice that our  warranty seal has an initial and date written on it.  This way, we know who checks the product and when it is sealed.  In addition, each product has a “What’s in the Box?” portion included right below its product specification as can be seen on our online store.  This will make sure that nothing is left out as a result of the quality check procedure being conducted.  


Although all efforts have been exerted to make sure that every product is checked before shipment is made, such may not guarantee 100% product performance compliance.  And this issue is addressed with our product warranty.  All products sold in our online store come with product warranty.  The length of warranty may differ depending on our manufacturers.  Please always keep the original copy of the receipt that comes with the delivery of each product you buy from us for warranty claim purpose and as proof of purchase. For warranty claims, if an item received by you does not perform within its specification, you are entitled to our 15-day replacement policy, provided that:


  1. the item to be returned is in good resalable condition and must have no scratches;
  2. all accessories that originally come with the product like manuals, clamps, etc., must be complete;
  3. there must be no sign of improper use or tampering of the product.  This 15-day period starts from the date you first received the item up to the time Powerbankphils.com is informed of the problem.  

For warranty claims beyond 15 days, here are some of the options you many choose that suit you best:


  1. Call us up so we can guide you on how you can avail of the warranty claims in the lowest possible cost.
  2. Should you choose to send the item back to us via courier service, you will shoulder the cost of sending the item back to us.  But on its way back to you, we shall be the one to shoulder the return cost.  You can only avail of this arrangement once per item.  For succeeding availment of courier service of the same item, courier service charges to and from our store shall be to your account.
  3. If you are near our store, you can just simply drop by and visit us. 
  4. Products under warranty processing may either by repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the nature of the problem, availability of serviceable parts,  supplier’s policies and other conditions that may arise during the course of the warranty claiming process.


NOTE:  To avail the maximum warranty period of ONE YEAR for all of our power banks for cars regardless of where you bought it, please register online by scanning the QR Code that is located on the body of the power bank and email to us a scanned copy or the photo of your proof of purchase showing the name of the store or dealer from which you purchased the product.  When you scan the QR code, all the information you need to know such as website address, serial number, etc., will be shown directly on the screen of your smartphone!  This maximum warranty availment is applicable only to items bought from our authorized dealers and resellers.



Powerbankphils warrants that the power bank  (“the Product”) you bought from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail buyer or end-user ("the Warranty Period").  If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, Powerbankphils will, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable laws: (1) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or (2) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply to (a) Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers; (b) where the instructions for proper use of the Product are not complied with; (c) where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification/repair or other causes beyond our reasonable control. 



Except to the extent provided by law, we shall not be held accountable for any lost profits, revenues, or cost of substitute goods or services, or any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, related to or arising out of your use of the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to or arising out of your use of the Product, is limited to the amount paid by you for the Product in the 12 months before the claim arose.
